Privacy Policy
Privacy & Confidentiality
All personal information you provide is kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of preparing your documents or communicating with you regarding your services. We comply with all applicable California privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).
7.4 Data Security
Client information is protected by using encrypted client portals, secure file transfer protocols, and access-controlled document management systems. The firm's data handling practices are designed to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) where applicable. All electronic records are backed up regularly, and access to client files is restricted to authorized personnel only.
7.5 Internal Quality Assurance Process
Every document set undergoes a minimum two-point quality review before delivery to the client: 1. Completeness Check: Verification that all required forms, attachments, and supporting documents are included and that the document set meets applicable court, agency, or transaction requirements. 2. Accuracy Verification: Confirmation that all client-provided information has been accurately transcribed and that form selections, dates, case numbers, and party information are correct. Documents that do not pass both review points are flagged for correction and re-reviewed before release. QA checklists are maintained as part of the client file.
